How does participating in a graduation ceremony help you emotionally mark the end of your student journey and prepare for what’s next?
Participating in a graduation ceremony is a remarkable personal milestone, a celebration, and a festive closure to an intense and transformative learning journey.
It allows me to reflect on the successes achieved along the way, to express gratitude to the friends and supporters who stood by me, and to honor both the academic accomplishments and the personal growth, sacrifices, and resilience required to complete the academic program.
“It allows me to reflect on the successes achieved along the way.”
-Tamara Kosi
It is a powerful emotional moment that affirms my readiness to move forward – to apply the knowledge and skills I’ve gained with purpose and impact in the business world.
What does it mean to you to be recognized publicly for your learning and accomplishment – and who do you feel you’re representing as you cross the stage?
Being recognized publicly is a proud and meaningful moment that acknowledges not only individual achievement but also the shared effort of everyone who supported me throughout the academic learning journey – mentors, motivators, colleagues, friends, and family.
As I cross the stage, I represent all of them, as well as those who believe in lifelong learning and perseverance. It is also a moment of visibility for female leaders and global change-makers working across borders and industries.
In a world where learning never really ends, what does ‘graduating’ mean to you – and what kind of impact do you want to make with what you’ve learned?
Graduating, to me, signifies both personal and professional success – a testament to ambition, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
“Meaningful growth often occurs in shared experiences of ambition and vulnerability.”
-Tamara Kosi
It marks a transition from structured academic education to applying knowledge strategically and innovatively in real-world contexts.
I aim to use what I’ve learned to drive positive change at the intersection of law, business, finance, and sustainability – to lead with integrity, work efficiently, empower others, and contribute to a more responsible and forward-looking business community.
What is the single most memorable aspect of your studies that you will remember long after graduation?
The most memorable aspect of my academic studies will be the strong friendships and deep connections formed within our cohort.
From early morning brainstorming sessions to late-night discussions, cross-cultural collaboration, and global vision sharing – these moments taught me that meaningful growth often occurs in shared experiences of ambition and vulnerability.
The network of global minds and innovative hearts will remain the most enduring legacy of my academic journey.
